The Boulevard du 30 Juin ("Boulevard of June 30th") is a major 5‑km street in Kinshasa, capital of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It is the city center's main transport artery, connecting the southern area of La Gombe (Kinshasa's political and business district) with Kintambo and the Ngaliema to the west.
Many national government offices are located on the Boulevard du 30 Juin, such as the Ministry of Communication, Ministry of Employment, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Land Affairs including many other non-government organisations and banks. etc

All the major banks in Congo including Equity bank, Bank of Africa, TMB, Afriland bank, Rawbank, Access Bank, FBN bank, Sofibank are located within 2 kilometres of the apartments. The largest being Raw bank, is located only walking distance from the apartment.
All the major embassies in Kinshasa are located within 3 kilometres of the Apartment with the South African and Pakistani embassy being only few hundred metres from the apartment complex.
The Congo River & Brazzaville
The Congo river is only a hundred metres from Riverside Suites. Congo River and Brazzaville (Congo) can be seen from most apartments with the apartments on floors 5 - 8 getting the best views, both during the day and at night.
